DXC Process

Over the past 15 years in providing permanent recruitment services to our clients, I have evolved a simple 6-step process designed to ensure we find the perfect candidate(s) that match the professional values of our clients.

Step 1. Arrange a time to discuss the vacancy

Complete the Post A Vacancy form, call or email to arrange a convenient time to discuss your permanent recruitment requirements. We will work around your availability to minimise the impact on your working day.

Step 2. Vacancy / Practice briefing

A detailed face-to-face, Skype, or telephone conversation designed to ensure we fully understand the values of your practice, demographics, and needs of your community and specific candidate criteria, before we commence the search.

This is a critical step in the process and we will take as much time as required to answer all of your questions. We will advise on the expected permanent recruitment timeframe and how to overcome any potential 19AA19AB (DPA), or other restrictions.

Step 3. Search and shortlisting

Using our extensive contacts and marketing expertise, we will conduct a thorough candidate search to ensure we find the candidate.

We understand the clinical and financial impacts of not having sufficient workforce, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a shortlist of highly qualified candidates that meet your brief.

Step 4. Candidate presentation

As part of our ‘personal’ commitment, Clients receive candidates who have been fully screened and match their requirements. A CV will be presented, with a detailed overview on their suitability and availability.

Step 5. Interview/Site visit preparation

Expectations around interviews and site visits can vary significantly. We will ensure that we fully understand how you will conduct the meeting and ensure each candidate is fully prepared.

Step 6. Securing the best candidate

If we have done our job well in understanding your needs and matching you with the right candidate, then this should be a relatively simple step. All contractual negotiations will be finalised on your behalf and we will work closely with you to ensure all relevant paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and any potential restrictions are overcome.
