Under their proven model of care, general practitioners access RACFs through existing relationships. The model is based on a year-round clinical health service plan and processes, aiming to provide comprehensive healthcare for your aged care residents.
You will work with nurse practitioners and AHP's to assist with your patients' clinical needs, as desired, allowing you to see more residents.
GPs utilise telehealth consults as part of the model of care.

Location
Our client is looking for a FRACGP or FACRRM to support an aged care facility in Valley View, in the City of Salisbury, Adelaide, SA.
Valley View is 15km to Adelaide City, and near Ingle Farm, Para Vista, Modbury and Oakden.
