The Practice

Due to ongoing growth and strong patient demand, our client in Clayfield MMM1 is looking for a full time or part time VR General Practitioner to join this established inner-Brisbane clinic.

• Stable clinic with 6 consult rooms

• Hybrid subscription model providing a consistent patient experience and reduced fee discussions

• Income support during the initial 3–9 month ramp-up period

• GP Partner Program offering approximately 5–10% equity, typically via sweat equity in new clinics

• GPs retain 100% of their consultation fees, with average income of approximately $220–$300 per hour

• Average consult fee equivalent of around $65, with approximately 4 patients per hour

• Income potential in the vicinity of $500k gross per annum for full-time GPs

• Patients average 10–11 visits per year, significantly above the national average, supporting continuity of care
