Mixed billing practice | will not embrace new BB incentives | limited competition in the region
65/35 split | Doctors are booked 1 week or more in advance
Brand new, purposebuilt medical centre | lots of natural light, floor to ceiling double glazed windows, sink in every consult room, large kitchen & outback veranda
Adding urgent care and isolation room
Expanding and adding 5 more consult rooms
1 PM, 1 operations manager, 4 RNs and 3 receptionists | CDM and care plan support

Gross average annual earning potential is between $450,000 to $550,000
