Due to high growth and significant unmet patient demand, our client in Mitchelton (DPA/MMM1) is looking for a full time or part time VR General Practitioner to join this expanding north-west Brisbane clinic.
High-growth DPA clinic with 8 consult rooms
Hybrid subscription model providing a consistent patient experience and reduced fee discussions
Income support during the initial 3–9 month ramp-up period
GP Partner Program offering approximately 5–10% equity, typically via sweat equity in new clinics
GPs retain 100% of their consultation fees, with average income of approximately $220–$300 per hour
Average consult fee equivalent of around $65, with approximately 4 patients per hour
Income potential in the vicinity of $500k gross per annum for full-time GPs
Patients average 10–11 visits per year, significantly above the national average, supporting continuity of care

Ability to charge for additional services
Options to work across multiple clinics within 30 minutes after 18 months of Moratorium
