• 85% of billings + $225/hour guarantee up to 3 months
• Appointment-only model with strong patient demand
• Rooms located within established medical centres
• No procedures, vaccinations or nurse support required
• Dedicated receptionist provided (separate from centre admin staff)
• Pre-consult screenings powered by AI, triaging each patient
• Medirecords software and HotDoc appointment booking 
• No lock-in contracts; flexibility to work on a locum or ongoing basis

The Location

• Modern consulting rooms across Surry Hills, Zetland and Martin Place
• Additional rooms to be established in new suburbs based on GP interest
