Our client will provide accommodation in nearby Portland, one of Victoria's oldest settlement townships filled with history & situated on the doorstep of the Great Southern Ocean.

• Full nursing support

• Open 5 days
• 45 bed residential aged care facility
• 2 urgent care beds & 5 subacute beds
• Pathology & Allied Health

• Practice is located in a separate wing of the local health service
• 20 minutes to Great Southern Ocean in Portland
• 4 hours west of Melbourne
