• Proven $150k+ OTE | Uncapped commission / Low threshold

• Established desk of locum clients, candidates and placements

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Owner and working in a home-based role, you will be responsible for building on an established portfolio of clients, candidates and placements, driving the continued growth of our Locum GP market share through targeted business development throughout Australia.
Key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of Locum GPs
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients and external stakeholders
- Design and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns
- Provide a personal, proactive and quality service to GPs and clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the primary care sector
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven background in locum recruitment within the healthcare sector
- Genuine passion and interest in the healthcare market
- High level of motivation and ability to work from a home office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build rapport
