VR General Practitioner (Aged Care) - Perth (DPA & Non-DPA)

Our client is seeking dedicated FRACGP / FACRRM VR General Practitioners to provide on-site medical care to aged-care residents across Perth and WA - North and South of River Perth metro, Wheatbelt and Peel regions.

• Consistent cohort of residents allowing you to deliver proactive, relationship-based care and build meaningful long-term clinical relationships.
• Weekday hours. No after-hours or weekends (Min. 1 day p/wk)
• Full nursing support on your rounds to assist with rounds, residents, admin and follow up care.
• Supported by a team of geriatricians, physicians & specialists
• Integrated model includes shared clinical records, streamlined systems and dedicated practice support, reducing paperwork, coordination and operational burden so you can focus on what matters most - less paperwork, better medicine.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.

The Locations

• DPA/MMM1 locations 10 minutes to less than one hour from Perth city
• DPA/MMM2+ location less than one and a half hours from Perth city
• Western Australia's Perth Metro, Peel and Wheatbelt regions are experiencing an aging population
• Demographic shift: Over the next 5 to 10 years, the proportion of residents aged 65 and over is projected to grow significant from 16% to 20%
